1. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

3. Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.

4. EU Consumer Rights — Delivery Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, if we are unable to dispatch your order within the agreed timeframe, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. We will notify you promptly of any delays.

5. Tracking A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Lost or Delayed Parcels If your parcel has not arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at neokaitcg@proton.me. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

7. Customs & Import Duties Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to customs duties. For orders outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
